The PlanetScaleDB Operator listed on the Red Hat Marketplace is first and foremost a vehicle for operating Vitess Clusters in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
Vitess is the open source extension to MySQL that is used by companies like Slack, Square, GitHub and Pinterest to help them elevate their relational data to the level they need to keep powering their business, and with the original creator of Vitess as our CTO, we are incredibly proud to offer support to our open source community.
We built the operator to support our goal of using Vitess to create an infinitely scalable MySQL-compatible Database As A Service, and we’d like to talk about how you can use it to do the same in your own stack. We’ll cover the benefits of using Vitess to turn MySQL into an OpenShift-native resident, as well as how all of its components work together to give your developer end users the seamless experience of a database that just keeps growing along with their needs, no matter how large they grow.

You’ve probably written a hundred abstracts in your day, but have you come up with a template that really seems to resonate? Go back through your past webinar inventory and see what events produced the most registrants. Sure – this will vary by topic but what got their attention initially was the description you wrote.

Your prospects may not even make it to the body of the message, so get your point across immediately. Capture their attention, pique their interest, and push them towards the desired action (i.e. signing up for your event). You have to make them focus and you have to do it fast. Using an active voice and bullet points is great way to do this.
