Most application development teams have been through crossroads in their path to modernizing their app infrastructures. Should they stay monolithic or migrate to a microservices environment? If only it could be solved with a “pros and cons” sheet of paper, but it is not that simple. There are multiple layers that need to be considered, each with its own set of benefits and challenges. Up for debate: Does microservices simplify or complicate things?
In this panel discussion, we will have a friendly debate between two technical experts that have experienced deploying both monolithic and microservices environments. They will:

Having seen how app flows get distributed over various network and server technologies, he understands how overall architecture affects scalability, flexibility and security. Based in Japan since 1998, he has been with F5 for the past 10 years. Prior to F5, Joe amassed work experience from tech companies like Pulse Security, Brocade and Infoblox, to name a few.
You’ve probably written a hundred abstracts in your day, but have you come up with a template that really seems to resonate? Go back through your past webinar inventory and see what events produced the most registrants. Sure – this will vary by topic but what got their attention initially was the description you wrote.
Paint a mental image of the benefits of attending your webinar. Often times this can be summarized in the title of your event. Your prospects may not even make it to the body of the message, so get your point across immediately. Capture their attention, pique their interest, and push them towards the desired action (i.e. signing up for your event). You have to make them focus and you have to do it fast. Using an active voice and bullet points is great way to do this.
