Since then, Todd’s been the co-founder / CTO of Raindance Communications, helping take the company public and lead its eventual acquisition by West Corporation in 2006. After that, he was co-founder / CEO of Lijit Networks (now sovrn), which has grown into one of the largest real-time ad exchange platforms on the internet. Joni Klippert

Joni runs Product at VictorOps. She specializes in bringing technical products to market and iterating on the product to meet customer demand. After earning her MBA at the Leeds School of Business, Joni cut her teeth in technology at Boulder startup, Standing Cloud, where she ran Customer Development and built relationships in open source communities ranging from applications Drupal to coding communities like Ruby on Rails and Python. She has an extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, has spoken at MuraCon, DrupalCon and CMSExpo, and is an ongoing contributor to Fortune.com.
