Developing and releasing database changes along side application updates is hard. There are tons of tools to help application developers, testers, and release operations teams. But what about the database? As organizations adopt Agile and DevOps, the disparity between DBAs and the rest of the company is only going to get wider. The pace of application releases will continue to accelerate, demands from the business will continue to grow, and database teams will continue to get asked, “Why can’t you be more like the rest of the company?” DBAs protect the most valuable asset the company has: the data. Yet, speed is often seen as the enemy of stability.

Please join us to learn how Datical DB and Dell Toad are bringing Agile and DevOps to database development and release management with a focus on speed and safety.
