Mobile DevOps With GitLab And AWS
On Demand
Anytime

Mobile development has to move fast and be flexible, highly iterative and secure. Automation can help. In this program, we will look at how you can leverage AWS services, Fastlane and GitLab CI to automate mobile development workflows from running tests to app store deployment. We will demonstrate how to set up the CI environment to allow for autoscaling of CI runners for iOS and Android development. We will also look at AWS Device Farm to test across device types and demonstrate how to attach screenshots to CI Jobs for developer review. Finally, we will demonstrate how to automate a beta application deployment for end user testing to prepare for an automated release to the app store.

Learn how to:

  • Leverage AWS services, Fastlane, and GitLab CI to automate development workflows from running tests to app store deployment
  • Automate the a beta deployment of an application for end user testing to prepare for an automated release to the app store
