The 2024 DORA report, recently published by Google, reveals that while AI is leading to moderate productivity gains, it also seems to be slowing software delivery. The global survey indicates 76% of software development professionals rely on AI daily, but issues like a 1.5% decrease in delivery throughput and a 7.2% drop in delivery stability are raising concerns. While AI improves code review speed and documentation quality, the trust in AI-generated code remains low, with 39% of respondents expressing skepticism. These challenges, however, don’t suggest abandoning AI but rather call for a more thoughtful integration, especially in tandem with platform engineering.
Join our expert panel where industry leader will explore the findings of this year’s DORA report. Our roundtable will dive into the evolving role of AI and platform engineering in DevOps, sharing firsthand experiences and insights on how to balance productivity gains with software delivery challenges.
What You Will Learn:
• How AI is impacting productivity and software delivery in real-world DevOps environments
• The role of platform engineering in scaling DevOps workflows and where it fits into the broader AI discussion
• Why trust in AI-generated code is low and how to mitigate related risks
• Best practices for applying AI to DevOps without sacrificing stability or performance

You’ve probably written a hundred abstracts in your day, but have you come up with a template that really seems to resonate? Go back through your past webinar inventory and see what events produced the most registrants. Sure – this will vary by topic but what got their attention initially was the description you wrote.
Paint a mental image of the benefits of attending your webinar. Often times this can be summarized in the title of your event. Your prospects may not even make it to the body of the message, so get your point across immediately. Capture their attention, pique their interest, and push them towards the desired action (i.e. signing up for your event). You have to make them focus and you have to do it fast. Using an active voice and bullet points is great way to do this.
